Furnace Repair Littleton CO

The technicians were very professional and courteous. Very honest and upfront. No oversell. I would definitely recommend this company to others!

I am embarrassed how long it has taken me to write this review. We had Roots install an AC unit in our home in the spring. it has been life-changing through the heat of this summer. The Roots team was outstanding! I cannot recommend this company enough. They were wonderful to work with, from the communication to the install.

I could not be happier with my experience with Roots Heating & Air! My air conditioner and furnace needed to be replaced due to both systems being over 20 years old. From start to finish, the entire process with Roots Heating & Air was seamless, professional, and exceeded my expectations. Scheduling with Sean was very easy. Sean provided a personable as well as a genuine passion about the company and the quality of their work. Their pricing was extremely competitive (I obtained three quotes before deciding) and within my budget. I appreciated them asking me about my budget as well. The installation of both my air conditioning and heating systems was completed efficiently - both were installed on the same day. They made the entire process stress-free and gave me confidence that I was in good hands. What really stood out was their commitment to customer satisfaction—even after the installation, they followed up to check on the heating system and make sure everything was working properly. Roots Heating & Air went above and beyond, and I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC services!

This is my second time using Roots, and the experience has been consistently excellent. My first appointment was for AC maintenance, and most recently, they replaced the pressure switch on my furnace. Shayne was the technician for both visits and did a fantastic job. They are quick to respond, punctual, and highly thorough in their work and explaining everything. I couldn't ask for better service and will absolutely continue using Roots.

Couldn’t say better things about our experience with Roots! Kelly, Shayne and Sean are amazing! We called them for an urgent issue with our AC unit and they got us scheduled and had the issue resolved within a day! Shayne was very professional and informative throughout the process! Not only did he properly diagnose the issue immediately, but he fixed an error made by a previous HVAC company and saved us from having to completely replace the unit. Would highly recommend to anyone!
