  Cody helped me with my parents house. They lived there for 50 years. The sell was fast and easy, and it went so smooth. Cody worked with us in every aspect of the process. Hey brought in his sister in law, Kim Kelley, Realtor, to help us find a new home for my parents. It was a great experience.   Five stars for this company! Cody is so easy to work with. He gave me extra time to move out at my own pace and gave me a fair price for my home. I am very satisfied with everything and would highly recommend this company. It was so easy to work through the buying process - no tours, no inspections, no haggling over price. Just a super simple process that works just like their website says. Very rare to find folks in this industry who are upstanding people like Cody. I'm quite happy!
