  This is late review but I used the services of Mark Diaz and associates back in Sept. 2024. Thomas Overhouse is awsome 🔥. Thomas had gave me consultation on my case that needed to be modified, that no other attorney wanted to touch. He wanted to be certain he would able to give me the results I wanted before they were to be compensated. He just didnt want to take my money and give false promises. Thank you!!!.

  This entire team was absolutely wonderful to work with. Where other attorney teams refused to listen, the Mark Diaz team stepped up. Not only did they take on my case, but they went out and fought for me. I simply shared with them the facts of the events that took place, and Ms. Jessica Ebbs pushed us to a Jury Trial and had the case dismissed entirely. I am eternally grateful.
