  I’ve been seeing Grace for about two months now for anxiety and depression, and I can honestly say she’s been amazing. She’s very calm, professional, and compassionate, and she always makes me feel truly understood when I’m trying to explain how I feel. We recently started EMDRand it has already made a huge difference for me. Grace has a way of redirecting my focus—not just centering on the people or situations that make me anxious, but instead helping me explore my own feelings and giving me tools to change how I experience them. She challenges me to think about how I don’t have to stay stuck in feeling overwhelmed and anxious, and what it would feel like to instead feel peaceful and calm. I really value her perspective and the way she gently pushes me to do the inner work while still making me feel supported. I’m so grateful I found her, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful and effective therapist.
