  Have had multiple experiences at The BodyCentre now and am impressed with the comfortable atmosphere and level of service provided.   Fantastic set up for some Hypoxia training. I’ve just come off an 18,000ft climb in Tibet in the East Himalayas and the training I did beforehand helped a lot. Mark’s attention to detail was invaluable and he always makes you feel safe and aware of the experience when the oxygen is cut. Initially a tough first session each time I felt easier and when I was on the mountain at high altitude I was able to pull mentally and physically from a lot of the insights I got from Mark. I’d highly recommend this training to anyone going into high altitudes to climb, hike or participate in sports. Great team at Bodycentre.
