  We had Roots come out for a 2nd opinion as we felt another company was trying to upsell us unnecessarily. Shane was able to come the very next week and did a thorough review on our system, confirming our suspicion of the other company and giving us peace of mind. When we're ready to replace our AC unit again, we'll definitely choose Roots! They run an ethical business.

  Beyond impressed with the systems installed and the professionals who did the work here. From estimate to completion, I’m extremely happy. New Heating, New A/C, Electrical adjustments, and New water heater in one project done right and it was done faster than expected.
