  After encountering disastrous shopping results online, we decided to visit Biltrite to look at solid wood bedroom furniture. We were welcomed by a 7 year old 5th generation family member aka future CEO in the making and directed to the section of store that contained the type of furniture we were seeking. The first thing we noticed (well were reminded of) was the exquisite beauty of finished natural wood, not only in its look but feel. Amish craftsmanship is second to none in terms of meticulous attention to detail and sturdy quality. From eye-catching designs to the finish detail inside drawers, the care taken to produce quality pieces is nothing less than 100%. Because the furniture is handmade, you the customer, can choose from a plethora of pieces and customizations such as rail options, under bed storage drawers, stain color, hardware and in some cases wood species, all resulting in beautiful furniture truly made just for you! Throughout our visit, we were attended to by Eric, who cheerfully took the time to patiently walk through each set answering every question and detail regarding any and all customizations and changes we proposed. Once we made our choices, Eric wrote everything up and then went through each detail to confirm our customization choices before taking us to Jeanne to check out. Again, she confirmed details and went over next steps etc and introduced us to Marty, 3rd generation family, who confirmed delivery details and provided wonderful conversation around the history of the store and beyond. From start to finish our experience was encompassed by fantastic personalities and an honest desire to deliver quality products. There are plenty of choices in the market when it comes to shopping, but if you want to experience what furniture shopping should look and feel like, visit Biltrite. They too are second to none!
