Quantum Document Solutions is an extremely impressive supplier for all of your office hardware needs. The owner Ian is very reasonable, knowledgeable, and focused on ensuring clear and honest process when determining the needs for your business (or personal office set up). They're printer/scanner options are very impressive as well and the service from Quantum Document Solutions is better than any previous vendors we've worked with. Whether you need the best of the best or something that offers great value for the money, Quantum Document has you covered. Thank you Ian for your help and continued partnership.

It's really simple. Without Quantum and Ian, I would not be able to run the business. The last fews weeks have presented a myriad of technological challenges and Quantum was not only responsive in a timely way, but ensured that every last detail was addressed to perfection. Thanks is such a small word and can't possibly convey my gratitude for the solutions provided, with all the care in the world. 5* all the way. The Michaud Group Inc.

Pricing is not in line with competitors. When switching providers, they have failed to provide any appropriate communication with respect to the transition and simply advised to put "stop payment" on charges after taking lump-sum for printer buyout. Still incurring payments and their owner is unresponsive.
